Irvine Co. Holiday Bus

This is the third year running I have illustrated for the Irvine Co. Holiday campaign and probably my favourite year yet because I got to illustrate an ENTIRE bus. Irvine created a moving shopping experience that drove all along the West Coast between their venues. I’ve never done anything quite this big before. I love seeing my work on tangible objects and in this case it meant making sure the drawings fit around windows, doors and other bus features. There’s nothing quite like knowing your drawing will be printed at bus size to make you pay attention to the smallest details. I love the nod to London double deckers with the bright red background too. We also created a special edition American Express card that shoppers could use throughout the season.
